About the Event
Dear School-Members & Associate Partners,Â
This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CHMA. The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: Wednesday, June 5, 2024
Time: 9:30 AM EST*
Place: Trent University, during the National Conference
If you have renewed your annual CHMA School-Membership (prior to this date/time), your school will have 1 VOTE. All conference delegates, school-members, and associate partner are invited to participate. If you are unable to attend this in-person meeting and your school holds a vote, please complete and submit your proxy to: info@chmaonline.com (prior to this date/time).Â
We will update the AGM page with the following items, when they become available: CHMAonline.com/agm
Items to Review:
- The agenda (posted)
- The minutes of the last annual general meeting (posted)
- The financial statement for 2023 (pending)
- Proxy Form (posted)
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- Ask questions about CHMA's operations and finances
- Speak about any of the agenda items
- Elect/Vote on Board of Directors Can adiates
- Elect/Vote on regional and national events and      engagement activities
- Vote on any resolutions proposed
At the meeeting members should be prepared to vote on:
- Accept the AGM Chair
- Accept the minutes of the last AGM
- Accept the annual report
- Accept the financial statements
- Elect/Vote directors
- Elect/Vote on regional symposiums / national conference
