Krista is a dedicated and accomplished leader in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Keg Restaurants Ltd. Her journey with the company began in 1990 as a host, and through hard work and a passion for people, she has grown into a key leadership role.


A strong advocate for the hospitality industry, Krista takes pride in mentoring young professionals and championing opportunities for vulnerable workers. She is committed to fostering inclusive workplaces where every employee is treated with dignity and respect. Jeff Dover received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph in 1989.  He earned his MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1996 where he won the School of Business and Economics Graduate Gold Medal for Academic Achievement.  Jeff also holds the Certified Management Consultant, Foodservice Consultants Society International, and International Society of Hospitality Consultants designations.  Jeff has also completed the Walt Disney World College Program.  Jeff has been consulting to the hospitality and tourism industry since 1998.

Travis Traini received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph and holds the Certified Management Consultant designation. Travis has been consulting to the hospitality and tourism industry for over 12 years, specializing in operations management, master planning and feasibility studies, control systems, operational and training support, and service excellence training. Travis worked in the hospitality and foodservice industry for ten years before becoming a full-time consultant. His industry experience includes private clubs, sports boxes, catering and banquets, hotels and many levels of restaurant service.
